Return Policy: Sterlingwear of Boston is committed to manufacturing superior quality products, great prices, and complete customer satisfaction. We understand that buying online is a hands-off purchase; what you think you're getting and what you actually get are sometimes two different things.

Your confidence and satisfaction is our top priority. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.

Returns will be refunded within 1-2 business days of receiving the item. Returns can only be issued to the original card on order.

Exchanges will be issued a refund upon receiving the item. Once the refund has cleared, a new order will be generated for the exchange and the method of payment will be charged for both the item and the shipping cost. This process will take up to 3-5 business days to complete. If we do not have the item in stock, we will have to modify or cancel the exchange. In the event that the exchange is cancelled, your card will not be charged.

If our product is defective in any way, we will gladly replace it free of charge, including shipping. We at Sterlingwear are committed to you, the customer, and are intent on building a relationship that will last for years and years. All sales items are final sale. Order Fulfillment::In-stock items are shipped out within 3 business days. As of March 2015, if we do not have the item in stock we will not be taking back orders at this time.
