RETURN POLICY :

Sterlingwear of Boston is committed to manufacturing superior quality products at a great price. We believe in complete customer satisfaction. We understand that buying online can be a difficult process, but we have people who can help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Your confidence and satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs. If our product is defective in any way, we will gladly replace it free of charge, including shipping. We at Sterlingwear of Boston are committed to you, the customer, and are intent on building a relationship that will last for years and years.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

In-stock items are shipped out within 3 business days. If we do not have the item in stock, delivery may take up to 21 days. Most orders received before 2:00pm EST are processed the same day. All orders taken after that time will be processed within 24 hours.
SHIPPING: Back ordered items are shipped the same service as the initial order. On most orders you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days, upon your item becoming available.
