We understand that buying online can be a difficult process, but we have people who can help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Your confidence and satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs. If our product is defective in any way, we will gladly replace it free of charge, including shipping. Order Fulfillment

In-stock items are shipped out within 3 business days. As of March 2015, if we do not have the item in stock we will not be taking back orders at this time. Most orders received before 2:00pm EST are processed the same day. All orders taken after that time will be processed within 24 hours.
